Job Summary
Sales Officers will engage directly with customers, including conducting door-to-door marketing activities. In this role, you will support the sales team by driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base through market research, lead generation, and customer engagement. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for fostering relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Initiate and follow up on cold and warm calls with potential leads, scheduling and conducting calls with prospects and existing customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Generate and pursue customer referrals.
• Respond accurately to inquiries from leads and customers, prioritizing or escalating as necessary.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for prospective customers and recommend suitable purchase options.
• Promote specific products as directed by management.
• Inform leads and customers about ongoing promotions and discounts.
• Develop a thorough understanding of company products.
• Maintain positive business relationships to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Devise strategies to improve sales performance, both independently and collaboratively.
• Keep detailed records of appointments, sales, complaints, and status reports for managerial review.
• Continuously seek improvement through experience and feedback from management.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly plans and reports to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ISP industry.
• Management experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of sales principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure.
