**Job Description**
**Position Summary:**
The role involves gathering household data using tablets, including information on family composition, socio-economic conditions, dietary habits, child age, birth weight, breastfeeding practices, maternal and child health history, conducting anthropometric measurements, and assessing hemoglobin levels in pregnant and lactating women (PLW) and children.
Job Requirements:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collect household data via tablets, covering family composition, socio-economic details, dietary habits, child age, birth weight, breastfeeding practices, and health history of mothers and children.
- Conduct anthropometric measurements.
- Measure hemoglobin levels in PLW and children.
- Independently carry out interviews at household and community levels.
- Visit households in assigned communities to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
- Adhere to and implement project-specific SOPs and guidelines during fieldwork.
- Support the team leader with daily tasks in the field.
- Report any job-related concerns or issues to the team leader.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the team leader.
