Job Description:
- Supervise skilled and unskilled labor at construction sites, during distribution activities, or monitor vocational training centers as needed.
- Conduct training or orientation sessions for relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate follow-up meetings with community leaders and networks.
- Gather, track, and share project-related information from the community.
- Inform communities about the availability and usage of services.
- Disseminate information effectively.
- Mobilize communities for surveys and distribution activities.
- Collect daily feedback from the community, respond accordingly, and record feedback details.
- Provide essential service-related information to the community.
- Refer feedback to relevant sectors.
- Conduct surveys, including PBS, PDM, or others as required for the project, using KOBO.
- Oversee all project activities at the site level according to the plan.
- Monitor field staff timesheets and perform other related tasks.
- Support site staff, skilled and unskilled laborers, and material contractors.
- Act as the focal point for project beneficiary complaints.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in infrastructure, agriculture, or related projects.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with KOBO.
- Must be from Ghazni province to understand the local context.
