Job Description:

- Supervise skilled and unskilled labor at construction sites and oversee activities at vocational training centers or during distributions.

- Conduct orientation and training sessions for participants.

- Facilitate follow-up meetings with community leaders and networks.

- Track, collect, and share project-related information from the community.

- Provide communities with details on the availability and use of services.

- Share information and conduct mobilization efforts for surveys and distributions.

- Collect daily community feedback, respond as needed, and record details in feedback forms.

- Provide essential service information to the community and refer feedback to appropriate sectors.

- Conduct various surveys, including PBS and PDM, using KOBO tools.

- Oversee all project activities on-site and ensure alignment with the project plan.

- Manage timesheets and other tasks for field staff.

- Support site staff and assist skilled and unskilled laborers or material contractors.

- Act as the main point of contact for project beneficiary complaints.

- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

- High School diploma required.

- Experience in infrastructure, agricultural, or similar projects.

- At least three years of relevant experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

- Familiarity with KOBO tools.

- Must be from Ghazni province to understand the local context.
