Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist indirect customers.

2. Attend necessary training sessions provided by Etisalat Afghanistan and HPL.

3. Promote Etisalat Afghanistan's products and services.

4. Maintain punctuality and presence in the office to provide the required services.

5. Report to the EA headquarters as directed by the supervisor.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee assigned areas, including retailers, DRM agents, outlets, DSA, EDS, EEDS, franchises, mobile EDS, and Afghan Post Office.

- Ensure high-quality service delivery across channels (EDS, EEDS, DSA, outlets, retailers, dealers, franchises, Afghan Post Offices).

- Aggressively achieve sales targets by distributing EA products like scratch cards, E-Top Up, and SIMs.

- Regularly visit the market and dealers/POS to boost sales following company policies.

- Support and motivate assigned agents (EDS, EEDS, DSA, outlets, franchises, DRM agents, retailers, Afghan Post Offices) to maximize market share.

- Provide guidelines and necessary training to POS agents on MPOs, DRM, and E-Top up codes and facilities for optimal efficiency.

- Ensure proper placement of merchandising/POS materials, particularly in EDS, EEDS, DSA outlets, and Afghan Post Offices.

- Update product knowledge for dealers/POS agents according to company policies and procedures.

- Monitor the availability and visibility of EA products in the market through regular market visits.

- Proactively inform the line supervisor/manager about stock shortages.

- Ensure compliance with EA & ATRA SIM registration policies through proper documentation.

- Regularly submit performance reports of POS agents (EDS, EEDS, DSA, DRM, outlets, dealers, retailers, Afghan Post Offices) to foster development and achieve desired targets.

- Focus on quality sales to grow the subscriber base in the assigned province/areas.

- Communicate network-related issues to the relevant supervisor promptly.

- Address issues related to POS agents, such as commissions, MPOS & DRM software, and E-Top up services, through the concerned departments.

- Provide timely reports on competitor movements, especially new market offers.

- Organize sales campaigns and micro-marketing activities, particularly in low-revenue or upgraded (3G or 4G) areas, to aggressively meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Share survey reports on assigned POS agents, including EDS, EEDS, DSA, outlets, dealers, retailers, Afghan Post Office.

- Build and maintain productive business relationships with existing POS agents and key account customers.

- Focus on developing EDS/DRM/Afghan Post in assigned areas, particularly in light of challenges from ATRA, other government organizations, and law enforcement agencies.

- Complete any additional tasks assigned by the line supervisor.

 

Requirements of job:

Education: Minimum baccalaureate degree; higher education is preferred.

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and a working knowledge of English.

Skills:
