Basic Duties:

1. Develop guidelines and procedures for implementing the revenue system of the Revenue Management and Control Directorate in the central and provincial offices.

2. Implement and monitor the QR code banking system in the central and provincial offices.

3. Maintain and care for all components of the revenue system and resolve technical issues in the relevant area.

4. Provide an alternative system (secondary) in case of technical issues in the current system.

5. Maintain continuous communication and follow-up in the central and provincial offices for implementing the revenue system.

6. Back up systems and technological devices related to the Ministry of Transport and Aviation's revenue system.

7. Regularly implement statistical, revenue, and other technological systems in the relevant department.

8. Daily monitoring of the functionality of the revenue system and other technological systems.

9. Ensure the proper transfer of revenues to the bank from the initial stage using the revenue system.

10. Update revenue systems and ensure their security.

11. Provide professional advice and make decisions to achieve the goals and programs of the relevant department.

12. Install and configure necessary technology and information devices for the relevant sections.

13. Ensure the clearing of collected revenues in accordance with the revenue system.

14. Oversee the implementation of mobile applications in the revenue system to check revenues in the road transport sector.

15. Control and supervise the accurate and orderly entry of information according to predefined specifications in the relevant revenue system.

16. Organize and manage office documents for ease of operations.

17. Conduct training programs and transfer skills related to the revenue system to relevant staff.

18. Provide weekly reports on the performance and achievements of the relevant department to the ministry.

 

Managerial Duties:

19. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans in accordance with the general plan of the relevant department to achieve the ministry's objectives.

20. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on activities and achievements to the relevant department, and as needed.

21. Perform other related duties as assigned by the relevant supervisor in accordance with the laws, regulations, and objectives of the ministry.

 

 

Requirements of job:

1. Must be a citizen of Afghanistan.

2. Age must be between 18 and 64 years.

3. Educational Qualifications:

  - At least a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Information Technology Management, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related fields. Preference will be given to higher degrees in these fields from national or international institutions.

4. Work Experience:

  - At least one year of relevant work experience.

5. Required Skills:

  - Familiarity with system configuration, servers, network monitoring software, and network devices.

  - Ability to implement the policies of the relevant department.

  - Proficiency in one of the national official languages (Pashto or Dari) and the ability to read and speak in English.

  - Computer skills related to the relevant position.
