Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of the control room during the night shift extend to weekends and all off-days as well. These duties include:


- Vigilantly monitoring CCTV cameras in the control room during the night.

- Understanding the alarm procedures and taking appropriate action in the event of an office attack.

- Tracking GPS movements at night for urgent travel needs.

- Being prepared to handle emergencies and coordinate hospital needs.

- Maintaining a professional demeanor with all international staff and adhering to established codes of conduct.

- Staying alert in all security situations and possessing strong security analysis skills.

- Maintaining close coordination with the security team and the National Police Protection Force (NPPF).

- Familiarity with security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), security forms, and report writing.

- Coordinating closely with the night shift driver.

- Ensuring accurate filing of security documents.

- Reviewing detailed reports of incidents such as theft, injury, and property damage.

- Monitoring activities to prevent unauthorized removal of property.

- Conducting regular risk assessments and preparing accident reports if necessary.

- Ensuring that standard procedures for all security-related issues are established and updated periodically.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and possess a range of technical and soft skills.

- Conducting internal investigations as required.

- Being available and on call 24/7 for emergencies as requested by the General Manager of Business Support.

- Maintaining contacts with Police Districts and coordinating with the General Directorate of Intelligence (GDI) agenda.

- Responsible for arranging vehicles during the night shift.


Job Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience as a security assistant.

- Ability to work the night shift.

- Friendly and courteous demeanor.

- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software and systems.

- Experience with security equipment and surveillance systems.

- Minimum of 3 years of security experience, especially during the night shift.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Pashto, and Dari.

- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office.

- Strong report writing skills.
