National Industrial Development for Afghanistan (NIDA) is a youth-led, non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 1992. With over 30 years of experience, NIDA has been at the forefront of empowering Afghan communities through education, livelihoods, agriculture, health, and human rights initiatives. NIDA has reached more than 350,000 people across Afghanistan. Its mission is to enhance socio-economic resilience by equipping youth and vulnerable groups especially women with skills, education, and resources, while promoting child protection and human rights.
NIDA has partnered with UN agencies, INGOs, and national stakeholders to implement community-driven projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Quality Education (SDG 4), Decent Work (SDG 8), and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10). Its work has included building schools and irrigation systems, advancing sustainable agriculture, promoting women’s economic empowerment, and strengthening governance and social accountability.

اداره انکشاف صنایع ملی برای افغانستان یک نهاد غیر دولتی، غیر انتفاعی و جوانانمحور است که در سال ۱۹۹۲ تأسیس گردید. با بیش از ۳۰ سال تجربه، ندا در صف نخست توانمندسازی جوامع افغانستان از طریق برنامههای آموزشی، معیشتی، زراعت، صحی و حقوق بشری قرار داشته است. ندا تا اکنون به بیش از ۳۵۰٬۰۰۰ تن در سراسر افغانستان خدمات رسانیده است. مأموریت ندا افزایش تابآوری اجتماعی-اقتصادی از طریق تجهیز جوانان و گروههای آسیبپذیر، به ویژه زنان، با مهارتها، آموزش و منابع میباشد و همزمان از حمایت حقوق بشر و حفاظت اطفال دفاع میکند.

د افغانستان د ملي صنعتي پرمختګ اداره یو د ځوانانو په مشرۍ کې، غیر دولتي او غیر انتفاعي بنسټ دی چې په ۱۹۹۲ کال کې تاسیس شوی دی. د ۳۰ کلونو څخه زیاتې تجربې سره، ندا د افغانستان د ټولنو د توانمندۍ په لومړۍ کرښه کې پاتې شوې ده چې د زدهکړې، معیشت، کرنې، روغتیا او بشري حقونو له لارې یې خلکو ته خدمتونه وړاندې کړي دي. ندا تر اوسه په ټوله افغانستان کې له ۳۵۰٬۰۰۰ څخه زیاتو خلکو ته رسېدلې ده. د ندا ماموریت دا دی چې د ځوانانو او زیانپذیرو ډلو، په ځانګړې توګه ښځو، د مهارتونو، زدهکړې او سرچینو په برابرولو سره ټولنیز-اقتصادي مقاومت لوړ کړي، او د ماشومانو د خوندیتوب او بشري حقونو ملاتړ وکړ
