Karwan University, established in 2007 and registered with the Ministry of Higher Education, was founded to address the urgent need for contributions to the rehabilitation and reconstruction of Afghanistan, particularly in higher and professional education.

As Afghanistan, in partnership with the international community, strives toward development and sustainable solutions to long-standing challenges, the country seeks to restore its national and global reputation. Karwan University plays a vital role in this process by providing high-quality education in fields such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Law, and Political Science.
