Founded in August 2002, WADAN is a locally established, government-registered NGO. The organization focuses on community and institutional development, civic education, education, drug prevention, human rights, anti-corruption efforts, and child protection initiatives. With its main office located in Kabul and provincial offices across the country, WADAN operates nationwide, having carried out projects in all 34 provinces.
