About Us

Help the Afghan Children (HTAC) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization founded in 1993 to address the dire circumstances faced by Afghan families during the civil war. HTAC is officially registered as a national NGO with Afghanistan’s Ministry of Economics and is also a member of the ACBAR coordination body in the country.
