About Us

Founded in 1984 by dedicated volunteer doctors and nurses, International Medical Corps is an independent, nonpolitical, and nonsectarian organization. Its goal is to enhance quality of life through health interventions and initiatives that strengthen local capacities globally. By providing training and healthcare to local communities and offering medical support to at-risk populations, the organization can quickly respond to emergencies, rebuild damaged healthcare systems, and promote self-sufficiency.
