Search is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering the peaceful resolution of conflicts. Headquartered in Washington, DC, and Brussels, Belgium, Search aims to revolutionize how individuals, organizations, and governments address conflicts by steering away from destructive methods and embracing cooperative solutions. With a team of over 900 personnel worldwide, Search undertakes projects in more than 37 countries across the globe. Employing culturally tailored and conflict-aware programs, Search utilizes a diverse set of tools, such as media and training, to facilitate dialogue, enhance understanding, and bring about positive shifts in behavior. In mid-2019, Search established its presence in Afghanistan and obtained registration as an International NGO with the Afghan government.
